Welcome to the new photo of the week feature. Every week we will post a new image along with some comments.This image was captured from Highway 395 which runs along the eastern side of the Sierra Nevada mountain range in California. The actual location was just south of Bishop during the early fall. Although early winter storms can move through the Sierras this time of year, these magnificent clouds were the result of tropical moisture that was streaming up from the Gulf of Mexico.
